Corporate core offer · Forward-deployed AI

Find the AI workflows worth deploying — inside the business, not around a workshop table.

The AI Field Sprint: our team works alongside your business and technology teams to uncover high-value workflows, redesign them around AI and turn the strongest opportunities into deployment-ready agents.

See how it works
  • Embedded discovery inside real business workflows
  • Business, process and technical assessment in one team
  • From opportunity to Minimal Viable Agent (MVA) and implementation path

Typical engagement: 2–3 weeks · One business domain · From €12,500

Most companies don't have an AI idea problem.

They have a deployment problem.

Lots of experiments

Teams are already testing Copilot, ChatGPT, agents and point solutions — often independently.

Too far from the workflow

AI initiatives are frequently designed around available technology instead of how people actually work.

Pilots don't become operations

Promising demos stall on integrations, process ownership, adoption, security or an unclear business case.

The missing layer is often between strategy and implementation: someone who can work inside the business, understand the workflow and translate it into something deployable.

Bring AI expertise to the work.

Traditional consulting studies the organisation from the outside. Traditional implementation starts once requirements have already been defined. Our forward-deployed model sits between both.

We work directly with the people performing the work, together with your business, AI, data and IT teams. We observe workflows, test assumptions and translate what we learn into concrete AI-enabled processes and deployment scopes.

Not another AI strategy exercise. Not engineers building against a requirements document written six months earlier.

The engagement

Three phases, one sprint.

Align

Pick the domain

  • Leadership intake — one business domain
  • Strategic objectives and constraints
  • Existing AI initiatives on the table

Output

Target domain + success criteria

Embed

Work alongside the team

  • Days inside the real workflow, not interviews
  • Map friction: waiting, re-typing, lost knowledge
  • Spot the shadow AI already in use

Output

Workflow map + friction points

Deploy

Turn the best into agents

  • Redesign the workflow with AI built in
  • Pick 2–3 priorities; scope the first Working agent (MVA)
  • Choose the route: use, buy, build or partner

Output

MVA brief + implementation path

From field observations to something you can deploy.

Workflow map

How the selected business process actually operates today.

Friction & automation map

Where work, time, knowledge or decision quality is lost.

AI opportunity shortlist

The 2–3 workflows with the strongest value potential.

Future-state workflow

How people, AI agents and existing systems should work together.

MVA scope

An implementation-ready definition of the first agent or workflow.

Delivery decision

Use, buy, build or partner — including the relevant architecture and partner requirements.

Enough detail for an internal engineering team or external delivery partner to start — without running another discovery project first.

Designed to work with your existing AI organisation.

ScopeRight works as a temporary deployment layer between business ambition and technical execution — not as a replacement for your internal AI, data, innovation or IT teams.

Your internal teams keep the capability. We accelerate the path to a workflow they can actually own.

We work alongside

  • AI / GenAI teams
  • CIO / CTO organisations
  • Data & analytics teams
  • Transformation offices
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Innovation teams
  • Business process owners
  • Existing systems integrators

No AI theatre.

No generic ideation workshop

We don't need 30 people generating 100 post-its with possible AI use cases.

No technology-first recommendation

Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, OpenAI, Anthropic or a specialist vendor may be the answer. The workflow comes first.

No report that creates another project

The output is concrete enough for the next team to start building.

Two ways to start.

Start from the business

“We know AI matters, but don't know where to start.”

  1. 1Select domain
  2. 2Field discovery
  3. 3Identify workflows
  4. 4Select MVA

Start from the backlog

“We already have dozens of AI ideas and pilots.”

  1. 1Select promising initiatives
  2. 2Go into the corresponding workflows
  3. 3Validate assumptions with users
  4. 4Redesign, kill or accelerate
  5. 5Select deployments

One sprint. One domain. Fixed entry.

AI Field Sprint

From €12,500

Typical scope

  • 2–3 weeks
  • One business domain
  • Leadership intake
  • Embedded field discovery
  • Workflow mapping
  • 2–3 priority opportunities
  • At least one MVA-ready scope where appropriate
  • Implementation recommendation

Multi-domain transformations

Sprint one domain, prove the method, then repeat across functions.

Custom engagement

Follow-on: agent builds

Each agent identified in the sprint is built in its own MVA Sprint.

From €15,000 per agent

Built for organisations where AI already matters — but deployment is moving too slowly.

  • Corporate AI / GenAI leaders
  • CIO, CTO and transformation teams
  • Business unit leaders with high-volume knowledge workflows
  • COOs and functional leaders looking for measurable productivity
  • AI Centres of Excellence that need stronger pull from the business
  • Organisations with pilots struggling to reach production

Not for

  • Companies looking only for an inspirational AI workshop
  • Teams wanting generic AI training
  • Procurement exercises where the vendor has effectively already been selected
  • Pure research experiments without a business workflow or owner

Discovery is only useful if something ships.

Deploy with your team

We hand the implementation-ready scope to your internal AI or engineering team and can stay involved as an independent product and deployment layer.

Deploy with a specialist

We select and onboard the right delivery or technology partner from the market or our vetted ecosystem.

Build with ScopeRight

For suitable opportunities, ScopeRight and its technical partners take the MVA from scope into production.

Then: build the agents, sprint by sprint.

From €15,000 per agent

Each priority that comes out of the Field Sprint moves into its own MVA Sprint. An MVA — Minimal Viable Agent — is the smallest useful version of an agent: it runs on a real workflow with real users, with success metrics and kill criteria agreed upfront. You decide per agent whether to continue, so the programme scales one proven agent at a time.

Indicative — confirmed per MVA scope after the sprint.

MVA SprintProduction deploymentScale

Scope → Validate → Deploy → Scale. The AI Field Sprint is the bridge from broad ambition or backlog to concrete deployment. From here, the MVA Sprint validates, AI Implementation delivers, and Partner Selection and Delivery Oversight keep execution on scope.

Frequently asked questions

What is forward-deployed AI?

A way of working where business and technical AI expertise work directly with users inside the organisation instead of defining requirements from a distance. The objective is to understand the real workflow, build quickly and learn from actual usage.

Is this an AI strategy engagement?

No. Strategy provides context, but the work happens at workflow level. The objective is to identify and prepare concrete deployments.

We already have an AI team. Why would we need ScopeRight?

Because we work as an extension of that team inside the business. We help translate business workflows into technically actionable deployments and can transfer the resulting patterns back to your internal organisation.

Do you build what you identify?

Yes, when that is the right path. We can work with your internal team, bring in a vetted delivery partner or build the MVA with our technical network.

Do we need a list of use cases before starting?

No. We can start from a business domain and discover opportunities in the field, or start from an existing backlog and validate the most promising initiatives against real workflows.

Can this work with Microsoft, Salesforce or SAP?

Yes. Existing platforms are explicitly part of the assessment. The objective is not to build custom AI where an existing capability already solves the problem.

Put an AI team where the work happens.

Choose one business domain. We work alongside the team, identify where AI can materially change the workflow and turn the strongest opportunity into a deployment-ready scope.
